🍩 Rise Up with Donuts & Coffee
106 S. Main Street, Marysville
Join us for a Hamilton-themed GOTV event — the kind of morning that would make the Founders proud. Stop by for donuts and coffee, grab some literature, and talk to your neighbors about why this election matters.
We have some premade signs available, but you are welcome and encouraged to bring your own! Families and kids welcome.
🏠 HQ Staffing & Volunteer Shifts
Our headquarters needs volunteers throughout October to staff the office, assist visitors, hand out yard signs, and support GOTV operations.
Main Street Marysville's beloved uptown trick-or-treat event happens right on our doorstep! We'll have extra timeslots open that day for HQ staffing. Come in costume, hand out candy, and show the community that Democrats are neighbors too.
✋ Actions Needed
🔍 Become a Poll Observer
The Democratic Party is recruiting poll observers to be present at polling locations on Election Day. This is a critical role in ensuring election integrity and fairness.
- Commit to as little or as much of the day as you're able
- Paperwork must be submitted before October 20 for the initial BOE list (due October 23)
- Amended list deadline: November 2 by 4:00 PM
Interested? Email us and we'll get you the paperwork and details.
Email to Sign Up🍬 Scarysville Candy Drive
We need your help stocking up for Scarysville on October 24! We welcome both traditional candy and food-friendly treat items for the little ghouls and goblins in our community.
We advocate for all families, including food-insecure ones. Items like the following are fantastic additions alongside candy:
- Pretzels, chips, or crackers
- Fruit snacks or raisins
- Individual popcorn packs
- Granola bars or rice cakes
- Any individually wrapped non-candy snack
Drop off donations at HQ before October 24. Thank you!
📢 Get Out The Vote
Our GOTV volunteers are hitting neighborhoods across Union County. Join a canvassing shift, make phone calls, or help with lit drops. Every contact matters in the final stretch.
Find a Volunteer Shift🎉 Buckeye Tailgate Raffle Basket
We've put together a fantastic Ohio State tailgate basket. Tickets are just $1 each — or earn a free ticket for picking up a yard sign or showing your “I Voted” sticker!
Drawing is on Election Night, November 3! Must be present or reachable to claim the prize.
